Another ripping adventure with my favorite necromancer (sorry, Sandro). A bit more Holmesian than the first go-round - and I must say, I missed the fantastical elements - but the novel went a long way in telling us more about Cabal and the alternate universe in which Mr. Howard has cast his stories. Damn good fun, all told.
