Raging Biblioholism

The Corrections

The Corrections - Jonathan Franzen I know I'm late to this particular party - but this book deserves the hype, the plaudits, the praise. It is a marvelously captured look at the American family at an incredibly particular turning point in our country's history. Don't believe me? Read "Freedom" then read this (as I did) - and just look at how Franzen himself has changed as a writer. This book is a masterpiece, undoubted, and I hope it remains so even as our times change more and more.lots more thoughts, many of them familial in nature, over at Raging Biblioholism: http://wp.me/pGVzJ-iP
